Heaven at Home is your chance to turn a corner of your house into a peaceful, God-filled space. Apply to have us create a prayer corner or serene spot that’s both beautiful and meaningful—where style meets His presence.

How it works

Here’s how it works if you’re selected to build a sanctuary:

    • Fill out a short application to share your story, your space, and why you’d love a Heaven at Home transformation.

    • We review applications prayerfully to select homes that align with our vision.

    • Once selected, you’ll provide photos/videos of the area you’d like transformed (perfect for a prayer corner or a peaceful home nook).

    • We’ll talk through your style, colors, and what brings you a sense of God’s presence in your home.

    • Behind the scenes, we curate a design plan, source pieces, and create a Heaven at Home mood board for your space.

    • If chosen for the filmed series, we’ll schedule a content day for the transformation!

    • On your scheduled day, we bring your Heaven at Home vision to life—styling the space with intention, excellence, and peace.

    • Our team documents the journey for the series, showing your home’s spiritual and visual glow-up.

    • You’ll get to experience the moment your home is transformed into a sanctuary of peace.

    • Selected projects are featured in the Heaven at Home Series, inspiring others to invite God into their space.

I’m Lindzy, your designer & faith-driven creative based in Atlanta

I founded Sanford Staging & Design in 2023 during a 2-month fast.

My mission for Heaven at Home is to bring God’s peace and beauty into everyday living spaces. Through excellence, stewardship, and creativity, I help families create homes that reflect His glory—because every home can become a sanctuary.

After years of helping clients transform their spaces, I felt called to start Heaven at Home, a series dedicated to turning ordinary corners into sacred spaces where you can pray, reflect, and connect with Him.

When I’m not designing, I’m dreaming up ways to help others feel the comfort of God’s love in their homes —because I believe your home should nourish your soul as much as it inspires your life.

 FAQs

  • Applying is completely free! However, we do ask that you have a small budget for purchasing of decor items at an agreed budget.

  • We focus on small but meaningful spaces like prayer corners, reading nooks, or cozy living areas where you can connect with God and experience peace in your home.

  • We prayerfully select applicants based on their story, space, and alignment with the Heaven at Home vision. Sharing your heart in the application helps us understand your why!

  • Yes! Selected participants will have their transformation filmed for the Heaven at Home series, which will be featured on our website and social media to inspire others. If this an issue, please make sure you tell us in your application.

  • Most transformations happen within 2-4 weeks of selection. We’ll coordinate filming, designing, and reveal day around your schedule.

  • No problem! Heaven at Home is designed to be rental-friendly, with decor solutions that don’t require permanent changes.

  • Yes, anything purchased for your transformation is yours to keep. Some items may be provided as part of the series at no cost to you.

  • Yes, you can apply for a bigger project, but your space will not be featured in our series, and may take longer to complete.
